Purpose of Position
The Merchandise Specialist plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the delivery of NetJets Europe’s gifting and marketing collateral strategy. As part of NetJets, the world leader in private aviation, this role acts as a central point of coordination, ensuring that the gifting program is executed with precision, consistency, and exceptional attention to detail, contributing to a brand experience defined by excellence, trust, and an unwavering commitment to service.
Reporting to the Partnerships Lead, this position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver luxury Owner and Prospect gifts and marketing collateral that aligns with the NetJets brand. The role also supports the prioritisation and management of incoming requests from Events, Sales, and other departments, ensuring clarity, alignment, and seamless delivery.
This is a highly collaborative role suited to a structured, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is committed to delivering excellence at every touchpoint.
Tasks And Responsibilities
Coordinate Owner and Prospect Gifting Strategy
- Work with the Partnerships Lead to curate an assortment of gifts for Owners and Prospects for touchpoints across the customer journey;
- In collaboration with the Partnerships Lead, develop a strategy for gifting in conjunction with the Owner and Prospect journey;
- Where relevant, work with partners to elevate gifting experiences around key brand moments in the calendar year;
- Establish clear workflows and processes to enhance team efficiency and collaboration;
- Drive accountability across stakeholders, ensuring deliverables are met to the highest standard.

- Coordinate the end-to-end client gifting process, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience aligned with brand standards;
- Manage gifting catalogues, ordering, and tracking workflows in collaboration with the Sales and Owner Services departments to ensure compliance;
- Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment of key initiatives such as anniversary gifts and Owner Welcome Packs;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to select and coordinate appropriate gifting options for Owners. Responsibilities include extracting and verifying data, liaising with the warehouse to ensure timely order placement and delivery, and managing key gifting initiatives such as anniversary gifts and Owner Welcome Packs;
- Manage DHL account on behalf of the Marketing Team.
Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the liaison between the marketing team and both internal stakeholders (Sales and Owner Services departments and broader Marketing teams) and external partners (warehouse, agencies, and suppliers), ensuring clear communication and efficient collaboration across gifting touchpoints;
- Outline and develop policies and procedures with internal stakeholders to identify ways to help improve the delivery and fulfilment of gifting;
- Coordinate with external partners such as agencies, suppliers, and logistics teams;
- Ensure clear, consistent communication and alignment across all parties.
Stock Management
- Management of NetJets relationship with our warehouse, ensuring stock levels are kept consistent throughout the year;
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to best predict and fulfil annual gifting and collateral requirements and shipments.
Marketing Operations & Logistics
- Oversee the management and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery;
- Partner with warehouse and operations teams to manage inventory and support campaign logistics;
- Work with appropriate stakeholders to ensure a tracking procedure in order to measure success of initiatives and ROI.

Budget Coordination
- Manage purchase orders and support the tracking of marketing budgets;
- Maintain accurate records of spend, ensuring financial discipline across projects;
- Support reporting and reconciliation processes as required;
- Other duties can be performed subject to being within the same professional career, considered related, or functionally linked.
Education
- Bachelor's in Marketing or Communications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other (KSAOs)
- University degree with an emphasis in Marketing or Communications;
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role in marketing (preferable but not essential);
- Understanding/appreciation of luxury/premium brands;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken); paired with the knowledge of one or more European languages (desired but not necessary);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent organisational abilities;
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail;
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce to assist in campaign tracking and analysis (preferable but not essential);
- Ability to pivot quickly and find creative solutions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
