DCK Group

DCK Group crafts excellence in fashion accessories and jewellery through innovative design, uncompromising quality and a fully compliant, sustainable supply chain. As Merchandiser you will turn commercial insight into sell-through, ensuring the right product reaches concessions, wholesale, e-commerce and DTC channels at the right time. Your decisions directly protect margin, accelerate growth and keep our retailer partners stocked with pieces customers love.

Performance Objectives

  • Deliver 12–18% year-on-year sales growth across assigned categories by building data-led range plans that maximise full-price sell-through and minimise markdowns.
  • Maintain 95%+ in-stock availability on core SKUs while reducing excess inventory by 20% through weekly demand forecasting and agile replenishment.
  • Achieve target GMROI of 4.5+ by negotiating cost prices, managing intake calendars and executing timely promotional calendars with buying and design teams.
  • Launch seasonal collections on time across all channels, coordinating with suppliers so 100% of newness hits stores and websites within agreed windows.
  • Identify and action three new commercial opportunities per quarter (new retailers, franchise markets or DTC drops) that each generate at least £150k incremental revenue.
  • Produce weekly trading reports that surface risks and opportunities within 24 hours, enabling the leadership team to reallocate open-to-buy within the same week.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
