FASHION SZN

The role requires daily monitoring of bestselling products, identifying slow-moving items, tracking new arrivals performance, and ensuring strong inventory and pricing decisions to maximize sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in fast-fashion e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all product categories.
  • Track bestselling and underperforming products.
  • Analyze sell-through rates, conversion performance, and product rankings.
  • Prepare sales and merchandising performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product performance and revenue.

Newness Tracking

  • Track performance of newly launched products.
  • Monitor new arrivals sell-through and customer response.
  • Identify successful newness categories, styles, and price points.
  • Ensure consistent new product uploads and assortment freshness.

  • Identify products suitable for rebuy based on sales performance.
  • Track stock levels and recommend replenishment quantities.
  • Coordinate rebuy planning with suppliers and inventory teams.
  • Reduce stockouts on bestselling products.
  • Monitor aging inventory and slow sellers.

Pricing & Margin Management

  • Manage product pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning.
  • Recommend markdowns, promotions, and price adjustments.
  • Ensure target margins are maintained across categories.

Merchandising

  • Manage product assortment and category organization on the SHEIN store & Website
  • Coordinate product uploads, descriptions, and merchandising updates.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Support promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and sales events.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain merchandising trackers and sales dashboards.
  • Work closely with marketing, warehouse, sourcing, and operations teams.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve sales and inventory performance.
  • Ensure accurate data management and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Fashion Business, Merchandising, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or fashion retail operations.
  • Experience working with Fast Fashion.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Understanding of pricing, inventory management, and sales analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple product categories in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
