Merchandiser - Marketplaces & D2C
Competitive Salary (£40k-£50k) + Benefits | West Yorkshire | Hybrid Working (3/2) & Flexi Hours

The Company

Our client is a fast-growing lifestyle business operating multiple brands across wholesale, marketplace and D2C channels. With strong backing and continued investment, they've built partnerships with the leading marketplaces across the UK and Europe. This is a business that moves quickly, backs its people, and has little time for red tape - decisions get made and things get done.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Merchandiser to join the team, focused on driving performance across marketplace and D2C channels. This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit back and analyse from a distance - it's for a merchandiser who wants to trade, plan, and get stuck in.

As the Merchandiser you'll take real ownership of your categories, working closely with product, marketing and the wider commercial team to maximise sales and profitability across a fast-moving multi-brand portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
