Product Merchandising Analyst

As Product Merchandising Analyst, you will play a key role within the Product Merchandising team, providing the analysis, insight, and tools needed to support commercial decision-making across the FitFlop product portfolio.

Working closely with the Head of Product Merchandising and Product Merchandisers, you will analyze sell-in, sell-out, product performance, forecasting, and margin, turning data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.

You will develop and maintain reporting and BI tools, support seasonal planning by segment, and create forecasting tools that enable the team to make informed decisions at key stages of the product lifecycle.

The Responsibilities:

Product & Commercial Analysis

  • Deliver regular sell-in and sell-out analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze product performance by season, segment, category, product family, market, and channel.
  • Track key commercial KPIs including sales, units, ASP, margin, productivity, and mix.
  • Provide clear commentary and recommendations to support Product Merchandising and Product team decisions.
  • Deliver post-season analysis and learnings to inform future product strategy.

Seasonal Planning & Forecasting

  • Support the Head of Product Merchandising in developing seasonal range plans by segment, aligned to the wider product strategy.
  • Develop forecasting tools to support the Product Merchandising team at key seasonal milestones.
  • Forecast and track units, sales, ASP, margin, and mix from initial range planning through to final adoption.
  • Provide scenario analysis and highlight gaps, opportunities, and risks against seasonal targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
