Away From Home Merchandiser - Birmingham

Contract type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Working pattern: Tuesday to Saturday

Salary: £27,492 + Quarterly bonus

Please note: You will need a valid UK driving license, own fully insured vehicle, and the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role.

About Your Role

You will work across Away From Home outlets in Birmingham, supporting Convenience and Food customers on behalf of CCEP. Working alongside the Away From Home Representative, you will provide an added execution layer, helping us improve availability, visibility, cooler standards, activation and distribution growth.

  • Improve product availability, visibility and presentation across CCEP's range, ensuring the right products and pack formats are available for consumers.
  • Support new cooler installations from day one, complete planograms and cooler audits, improve stock levels and maximise share of visible inventory.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new SKUs, expand ranging of priority brands and improve distribution across existing and prospect outlets.
  • Build displays, execute promotional activity and ensure point-of-sale materials are activated to the highest standard.
  • Be comfortable using an iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.

Your development matters to us. You’ll have regular one-to-one sessions with your line manager and weekly team catch-ups to support your priorities, build capability, and help you grow your skills.
