The Opportunity
Support the team with e-commerce product planning and inventory management.
- Help track product sales, stock levels, and product availability.
- Support new product launches across online channels.
- Help prepare simple reports and analyze sales data.
- Work with Merchandising, E-commerce, Supply Chain, and other teams.
- Gain a practical understanding of how an international e-commerce business operates.
The Role and Candidate
This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to learn about e-commerce, merchandising, and business planning.
You will work closely with the Merchandising team and support day-to-day activities such as checking sales and stock data, preparing reports, supporting product launches, and helping the team keep product information accurate.
You don't need to be an expert. We are looking for someone who is curious, organized, comfortable with numbers, and keen to learn.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with products, data, and people, and will be comfortable using Excel and Microsoft Office. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and happy to ask questions and learn along the way.
Responsibilities
E-commerce & Merchandising
- Help track product sales and stock levels.
- Support product launches and maintain the e-commerce product calendar.
- Help monitor product availability across online channels.
- Assist with product and assortment planning.
- Support the team with simple sales and inventory analysis.

Reporting & Data
- Prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
- Help keep product and inventory data accurate.
- Use Excel to organize and analyze information.
- Highlight any unusual changes or potential stock issues to the team.
Team Support
- Work with Merchandising, E-commerce, Supply Chain, and other teams.
- Help follow up on day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Support the team with ad hoc projects when needed.
- Learn how different teams work together to launch and sell POP MART products.
Required Qualifications
- Studying towards, or recently graduated from, a degree in Business, Economics, Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related subject.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable but Not Essential
- Previous internship or part-time experience in e-commerce, retail, or merchandising.
- Experience with Excel, data analysis, or reporting.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or ERP systems.
- Interest in toys, collectibles, fashion, entertainment, or consumer products.
- Additional European language skills.
