Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Merchandiser to be based in China. The Merchandiser will collaborate with our current China GM to understand their product needs, ensure timely sourcing and production, manage inventory, and oversee logistics for delivery.
Qualifications
- Expertise in product sourcing, supply chain management, and inventory planning
- Experience in merchandising strategies, sales analysis, and trend monitoring
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high level of self-motivation
- Familiarity with retail or promotional products and understanding of manufacturing standards
- Previous experience in a similar role within the premiums, promotional, or retail sectors is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
