Merchandiser – Luxury Fashion & Beauty – Yorkshire

The Role

Working as part of the wider Merchandising team, you will take responsibility for supporting the commercial performance of the business across a variety of product areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing luxury environment, working closely with teams across the wider business and playing an important role in the ongoing development of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day merchandising activities
  • Support the wider team with sales and stock management
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities
  • Assist with seasonal planning and activities
  • Support the management of stock across the business
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis
  • Work closely with Buying, Retail, E-commerce and Operations
  • Support product and range reviews
  • Help ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with wider projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to the overall commercial performance of the business
  • Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team where required

About You

  • Previous experience as a Merchandiser within fashion, beauty, luxury or retail
  • Strong interest in luxury fashion and beauty
  • Commercially aware with a good understanding of retail
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with numbers and information
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive and confident taking responsibility
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across different teams
  • Flexible, positive and hands-on in your approach
  • Keen to develop your career within luxury fashion and beauty
