Wax London Merchandiser Opportunity
Wax London is a contemporary menswear brand making great wearable clothes with character, positioned as the entry point to premium menswear. We sell through a fast-growing global website (UK, US and rest of world), seven stores (four in London, one in Leeds and two concessions) and a growing UK and international wholesale business, and we're opening new stores at home and abroad.
The Role
Full Time | Hybrid | Office in Camden Town
35 hours per week | Hours 09:30 - 17:30

What you'll do
- Own seasonal sales, stock and intake forecasts across all channels, using WSSI, line flow and OTB.
- Lead day-to-day trading, making clear stock and pricing calls on opportunities and risks.
- Own markdown and promotion strategy to protect and grow buying-in and achieved margin.
- Plan stock across territories so the right product is in the right market at the right time.
- Line-manage and develop the Junior Merchandiser, who looks after wholesale, dropship and in-season ATS.
- Present weekly trading reports by territory to the Head of Merchandising and senior team.
- Shape ranges and pricing with Buying and Design, and represent merchandising at trade meetings and range reviews.
- Improve our systems, tools and processes, including using AI to forecast, report and decide better.

About you
- Around 6 years in merchandising, with real ownership of forecasting, trading, stock and margin – ideally in ecommerce menswear or contemporary fashion.
- Experience managing or mentoring a junior team member.
- Experience managing stock across multiple warehouses or territories is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills, and confident turning data into decisions.
- A genuine interest in new systems and AI, and the drive to modernise how a team works.
- A commercial product eye and a real interest in menswear.
- A credible communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
- Happy in a growing brand where processes are still evolving and ownership matters.
