Our merchandising teams play a key role in driving commercial performance by analysing trends, managing stock, planning ranges, and ensuring customers have access to the right products at the right time. The roles are broad and are great for anyone who loves to get stuck in and also get involved with other opportunities and departments.

We're Interested in Hearing From People Who Have:

  • Minimum 2 years Merchandising experience in a retail head office environment
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Confidence working with data, reports, and trading information
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities
  • The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
  • Experience using merchandising systems and Microsoft Excel

Typical Responsibilities May Include:

  • Analysing sales performance and identifying trends
  • Supporting stock management and forecasting activities
  • Managing intake and replenishment plans
  • Producing trading reports and recommendations
  • Working closely with teams cross functionally
  • Helping to maximise sales, profitability, and stock efficiency
