At TBCo

We create easy-to-style statement pieces designed to make an impact. As a B Corp certified brand, we believe in responsible retail, high-quality natural materials, and products that empower self-expression in both outfit and home.

As TBCo continues to grow and expand internationally, we’re looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our Product team and take ownership of stock planning, sales forecasting, and commercial performance across our growing Apparel, Sleep & Accessories categories.

The Role

Working closely with our Buyers and Designers, you’ll play a key role in managing products from initial range planning through to end-of-season trading. You’ll use sales, stock, and customer data to support commercially informed decisions, ensuring the right products are available in the right quantities, at the right time, and in the right markets.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys analysing performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and working collaboratively across multiple product categories. You’ll take ownership of forecasting, option and range planning, stock management, replenishment, markdown recommendations, and intake planning.

You’ll also play an important role in developing TBCo’s merchandising processes and reporting, improving stock efficiency, margin, and profitability as we continue to grow across the UK, US, and international markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
