Role Snapshot
This role owns the stock planning at D.LOUISE. You will combine commercial instinct with hands-on planning, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time to maximise sell-through and revenue.
Why This Role
This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of demand planning and merchandising at a fast-scaling jewellery brand D2C as well as via wholesale channels. You will work with multiple stakeholders across the business, move at speed, and have a direct, measurable impact on stock health, sell-through and profitability.
The Opportunity
D.LOUISE is scaling rapidly across the UK, US and new international markets. We are looking for a Demand Planner/Merchandiser who is obsessed with numbers, stock performance and trading. We want someone who spots trends before they peak and makes confident decisions quickly to maximise sales growth.
This role is for a true trading operator: someone who loves data, stock turns and margin as much as they love a bestseller report. You will plan, trade and react at pace owning the numbers that keep the business healthy and growing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
