The Role

Own forecasting, stock and intake planning across multiple channels.

  • Ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.
  • Set and manage sales and stock targets across key categories.
  • Drive availability across core and seasonal ranges.
  • Manage the purchasing critical path and ensure POs are loaded accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with Product to identify opportunities and drive category growth.
  • Provide clear, actionable commercial insight to support trading decisions.
  • Use Excel and SAP to analyse data and optimise stock performance.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Stock teams to ensure efficient stock flow.
  • Work closely with international planning teams and contribute to wider projects and process improvements.

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in merchandising, planning or a similar role.
  • Experience within retail, fashion, wholesale, e-commerce or FMCG.
  • Strong forecasting, stock management and commercial analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using SAP.
  • Experience working with large datasets and turning data into actionable insight.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within apparel, footwear or consumer fashion would be highly desirable.
