Fella & Jones is partnering exclusively with a globally recognised luxury contemporary fashion brand in the search of a new Merchandiser/ Senior Merchandiser

As the business continues to scale across ecommerce, retail and wholesale, it is seeking a highly analytical Merchandiser to strengthen commercial planning, reporting and trading insight. You will combine analytical rigour with strong product awareness, helping the business make informed decisions across sales, margin, inventory and availability.

Trading, Reporting & Analysis

  • Own weekly trading reports, identifying risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
  • Build, maintain and improve reporting tools and dashboards in Google Sheets.
  • Create clear, accurate reporting processes that support faster commercial decision-making.
  • Manage WSSI and OTB trackers, ensuring sales, stock and intake plans remain accurate.
  • Analyse performance by product, category, channel, market and customer.
  • Present insights and commercial recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Ecommerce, Retail and Wholesale teams to maximise availability and minimise missed demand.
  • Track sales, margin, sell-through, stock cover and intake against plan.
  • Deliver seasonal markdown analysis and recommendations.
  • Lead in-season and post-season reviews, translating findings into future actions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
