Merchandising Administration Assistant
๐ West London (Hybrid - Four days in the office one from home

A leading global fashion business is seeking a talented Merchandising Administration Assistant to join a fast-paced merchandising and planning team supporting a premium online retail operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and analytical candidate with strong Excel skills and previous retail, merchandising, ecommerce, or administration experience.
The Role
- Generate accurate delivery forecasts and weekly trading reports
- Support merchandise planning, stock flow, and trading activities
- Prioritise deliveries in line with department and business strategy
- Liaise with warehouse, transport, and trade teams to resolve delivery queries quickly
- Monitor returns reporting and identify opportunities to reduce returns
- Assist with stock adjustments, cancellations, RTVs, and supplier negotiations
- Manage online product visibility updates including stock status messaging
- Prepare weekly performance analysis and provide wider administrative support

About You
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Previous experience within head office merchandising or equivalent
- Intermediate Excel skills are needed
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Proactive with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience within merchandising, wholesale or buying within a retail head office.
