Do you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and playing a key role in getting the right products to the right stores at the right time?

If so, we have an opportunity for an Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our Merchandising team.

The Impact You Will Have In This Role Is

  • Manage stock allocation, replenishment and order administration to maximise product availability across retail stores.
  • Produce weekly, monthly and ad-hoc sales and stock reports to support forecasting, planning and commercial decision-making.
  • Maintain pricing, promotions, sales data and stock movements within merchandising systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Raise seasonal and in-season orders and coordinate stock allocations in line with merchandising strategies and business requirements.
  • Monitor inventory performance, recommending reallocations and adjustments to optimise stock availability and store performance.
  • Support the resolution of supply chain and stock-related issues, working closely with merchandising and retail teams.
  • Respond to store and stakeholder queries, providing efficient operational and administrative support.
  • Ensure accurate processing of stock movements and maintain appropriate stock levels to support sales and promotional activity.

As Our Future Merchandising Admin Assistant You Will Have

  • A background in Merchandising or retail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft platforms
  • Knowledge and user experience of Planning and Merchandising systems
  • Familiar with data analytics solutions
  • A can-do approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Interest in working with Data and Analytics.
