London – Full-Time / Onsite

Who Are Jewells?

At Jewells, we’re creating an exciting retail environment where customer experience, styling, and piercing come together to deliver something different.

Behind every store is a small, efficient Merchandising team making sure the right product is in the right place at the right time. Right now that’s our Merchandising & Distribution Director and a Merchandiser, and as Jewells grows, we’re looking for a Merchandise Admin Assistant to grow with us.

You’ll be at the heart of how our product moves, keeping our data, reports and order admin accurate and on time so we can trade on numbers we trust. You’ll work closely with Buying, our Distribution Centre (DC) and Retail Operations, and see first-hand how our jewellery range is planned, bought, allocated and traded each week.

We’d love to hear from someone organised, numerate and curious, who enjoys getting the detail right and wants to build a career in merchandising. This is a six-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
