About the Role

TALA, known for activewear that keeps up with busy lifestyles, has been on a rocket ship since its founding in 2019 by entrepreneur Grace Beverley. Powered by a highly engaged, largely organic social community, we’ve evolved into a digital-first, multichannel women’s athleisure brand with a sophisticated growth and retention engine. In 2025, we accelerated our physical retail expansion with the opening of two London stores, Carnaby Street and Westfield White City, marking a major step in our long-term brand and community strategy.

We are looking for a BAA to join our product team. It’s an amazing opportunity for an established BAA to work across multiple product categories, inclusive of Apparel and Non Apparel. You will report directly to the Junior Buyer and work closely with the Buying Manager, Design, Garment Technology, Merchandising and Marketing.

Tasks

What you’ll be doing

Data Management & Purchase Orders

  • Maintain accurate, consistent, and up-to-date product and stock data across all systems and master records — including the range plan, Shopify, the order management system, and the accounting system — ensuring information stays aligned across every platform at all times
  • Allocate SKUs and barcodes and update the accounting system in good time
  • Raise Purchase Orders (new and repeat) in line with the range plan and sizing documents
  • Input and maintain orders in the delivery schedule, flagging any date changes promptly
  • Track shipments and intake into the business, flagging any delays or risks

Retail Stores Allocation

  • Manage stock allocation to Carnaby and White City stores in line with sales performance, size curves, and space/capacity
  • Process store-to-store and store-to-warehouse transfers, keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Monitor store stock levels and replenish core and best-selling lines in good time to minimise stockouts
  • Trade stock reactively around the business — beyond planned allocation — to chase sell-through opportunities and respond to in-season performance
  • Work with the retail team to understand in-store sell-through and feed this into allocation and replenishment decisions
  • Support with store openings
  • Support end-of-season consolidation and markdown transfers between stores and warehouse

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
