About You

We are looking for a Merchandise Admin Assistant to join our growing merch function on our softs separates team. The job role of the Merchandise Admin Assistant within Nobody’s Child is to provide administrative support to the merchandising team whilst also working closely with the wider team and key external stakeholders.

You will be confident, organised, and able to prioritise, be analytical and passionate about our product ranges, and be eager to learn and develop and grow within the role, and be fully comfortable in a growing, fast paced environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Sales reporting on a daily and weekly basis
  • Updating WSSIs and line card data on a weekly basis
  • Intake management, maintaining and updating the delivery schedule, and weekly intake forecast
  • Issuing ASN’s to suppliers and tracking shipments into the business
  • Assisting with critical path updates with the wider team
  • Key point of contact for our warehouse team, attending weekly meetings, and taking actions to ensure efficient processing of deliveries to get stock live on time
  • Checking and approving invoices
  • Supporting ecommerce team by updating our Go Live tracker and maintaining the ecom checklist
  • Raising and maintaining products on system
  • Setting up sales orders for the NC buy quantity
  • Actioning markdowns
  • Ownership of the weekly store allocations to potentialise store performance and ad hoc allocation for events
  • Support the core merchandising team in general day to day ad hoc tasks and queries
  • Actively contribute to our company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into everyday work. This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values. Every team member at NC plays a role in helping us reduce our environmental impact and create a positive legacy for our communities and the planet.

Ideally, You'll Have

  • An understanding of product, retail environments and a passion for data and numbers
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Accuracy and attention to detail related to product, process, and systems
  • Excellent numerical, written & verbal communication skills
