Role: Merchandising Admin Assistant / Allocator
Reports into: Merchandiser
Contract Type: Full Time, working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week
Location: Hybrid, working 3 days a week in our offices based in Old Street, London

The Merchandising Team:

At Oner Active, the Merchandising team plays a key role in turning data into strategy and strategy into success. We're passionate about product performance, customer insight, and driving decisions that lead to commercial growth. We collaborate across Buying, Product Development, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure the right products are in the right place, at the right time — and we’re proud to support a brand that’s going global.

About you:

We are looking for someone in the early days of their merchandising career wanting to learn and develop in this field. Someone who is passionate about product and numbers in parallel. Working collaboratively with strong communication skills in key as well as confidence in using Excel.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Creating and updating reports to track sales, stock levels, and other KPIs
  • Placing purchase orders with correct data and monitoring deliveries to ensure stock is at the right place at the right time
  • Handle day to day administrative tasks and ad hoc analysis under the guidance of the Assistant Merchandiser/Merchandiser
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics on a daily basis and feeding back to the wider team
  • Assist merchandising team in executing product launches
  • Allocating stock to stores and ensuring optimal distribution based on performance, demand, and store capacity
  • Monitoring store sales and stock levels to identify risks and opportunities, taking action where needed
  • Managing replenishment to ensure bestsellers are consistently available while minimising overstock
  • Supporting new store openings by planning and executing initial stock allocations
  • Maintaining accurate allocation data and ensuring systems are up to date
  • Providing regular reporting and insights on store performance and stock health

You’ll need to have:

  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and advanced in Excel, comfortable working with large amounts of data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
  • Passion for the Oner Active brand and a desire to be part of its ongoing growth and success
