Your role in the JoJo story…

Location: London, Hybrid

Reporting to: Merchandiser

Love numbers, trends and a good spreadsheet? We’re looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to help our Merchandising team get the right products to the right place, at the right time, for our customers across stores and online.

You’ll work closely with your Merchandiser, our Buying team and colleagues right across the business. Using data, trading insight and digital tools, you’ll help plan stock, keep availability strong and respond quickly when customer demand changes. It’s a brilliant first step into merchandising, with plenty to learn and real commercial impact from day one.

A peek into your daily adventures:

Planning

  • Supporting stock flow, commitment, intake and distribution planning.
  • Helping plan stock allocation across our stores and online, working with Buying, Visual Merchandising and Retail.
  • Supporting in-season range amendments, store grading reviews and layout updates, using trading insight to suggest practical improvements.

Analysis

  • Digging into sales patterns, customer demand and market trends to help shape forward plans.
  • Producing weekly trading packs, dashboards and ad hoc analysis for all channels, highlighting risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
  • Reporting on stock levels, sales performance, intake, availability and purchasing to support commercial decisions.
  • Supporting seasonal and in-season analysis, including promotions, markdown effectiveness and lessons learned for future ranges.

Trading and operations

  • Answering questions from stores and other teams in a timely, helpful and commercially aware way, and escalating where needed.
  • Importing new season allocations and amending in-season quantities, keeping system updates accurate and aligned to trading priorities.
  • Managing price lists for current season RRPs, promotions and markdowns, working with our colleagues at Next to make sure they’re actioned accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining product hierarchies and merchandising style information so our systems stay accurate, consistent and up to date.
  • Helping manage our outlet stores (stock and discounts) and allocating stock and samples to the sale stores.
  • Pulling together a clear weekly update for stores and Retail Operations, and sharing insight and actions with the wider team.
  • Joining weekly intake and trade meetings with Buying, tracking delivery against plan and flagging risks, delays or opportunities to your Merchandiser.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
