Description

We are looking for – Merchandising Admin Assistant

The Team

From Buying, Merchandise, Creative, Ecommerce, and Marketing, the inclusive nature of SEVENSTORE will allow you to stay in communication with the wider team, while the focal point remains within your department. This will help you to achieve goals, surpass targets, and bring leading collections of clothing, footwear, and accessories to the retail space.

The objective of this role is to work within the Merchandising team to maximize commercial opportunities on your product areas throughout all locations and channels, building core skills in analysis and trading while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Assist the team with essential admin including tracking sales and stock levels to manage availability to the ideal location, time, and price point.

About You

We are looking for someone who understands the ethos, product, and culture of SEVENSTORE. You will be passionate about fashion, community, and collaboration, with an awareness of globally recognized fashion houses, emerging talent, and the cultural landscape that influences our customer.

You will be accountable for order book management and updating delivery schedules. You will share key insights and actions in weekly and quarterly trade meetings. You will monitor store stock levels and adjust replenishment accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Orderbook management, updating the delivery schedule with the most up-to-date ETA/Availability provided by the suppliers.
  • Collate, check, and upload price amendments.
  • Reconcile supplier orderbooks and ensure any anomalies are communicated and rectified in a timely manner.
  • Allocate stock to the appropriate stores, supporting sales potential and store performance.
  • Monitor store stock levels and adjust replenishment in line with current sales trends.
  • Produce and distribute weekly reports to support the merchandising and trading teams.
  • Regularly check product is accurately listed on online channels.
  • Share key insights and actions in weekly and quarterly trade meetings, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Process weekly stock transfers in conjunction with Asst Merch to maintain optimal stock flow.
  • File maintenance and general housekeeping.
  • Develop awareness of product and strategy through store visits and create reports to share with the wider team.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met in accordance with the buying calendar.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to build good relationships, improve performance, and promote best practices.
  • Understand and work towards the shared business goals.

Skills/Experience

  • Planning, analytical, and IT skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Self-motivated and determined with a proactive mindset.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Passionate about product, with strong market and brand awareness.
  • Discreet, professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptionally organized, methodical, and efficient.
