Merchandise Admin Assistant
Scamp & Dude are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Admin Assistant to support the Merchandising function. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop merchandising expertise while contributing to key commercial decisions that drive sales performance across all channels. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams providing accurate analysis & reporting to support planning and trading decisions. Key responsibility to maintain delivery schedules and oversee timely intake of goods.
The role is hybrid with 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) at our Head Office in Marlow, Bucks. Reporting into our Merchandiser.
About the Role
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop merchandising expertise while contributing to key commercial decisions that drive sales performance across all channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to provide accurate analysis & reporting, maintain delivery schedules, and oversee timely intake of goods.
Responsibilities
Trading & Performance Analysis
- Contribute to comprehensive Monday trade reporting
- Conduct ad hoc sales and stock analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Updating sales, stock and intake on WSSI’s and line flows
- Monitoring sku availability- highlighting opportunities
- Conduct returns analysis
- Regularly checking customer facebook group to flag feedback

Intake Management
- Maintain an accurate delivery schedule – communicating intake movements to the wider team
- Supporting Merchandiser in weekly intake update meetings with buying team
- Liaise with freight forwarder, 3PL and suppliers on delivery of goods
- Chase QC/processing information
- Maintenance of weekly product launch tracker, communicating across functions
- Supporting Merchandiser with intake margin and supplier analysis
PO Maintenance
- Creating style codes
- Raising and amending POs on Xero, updating range plan and suppliers
- Applying correct size ratio
Planning
- Produce monthly, quarterly and end of season analysis packs working in collaboration with buying team
- Supporting preparation of monthly departmental sign off packs
Required Skills
- Strong Excel skill set
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication & ability to work cross functionally
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Familiar with Shopify e-commerce platform
- Background in fashion or apparel retail
