Merchandising Admin Assistant
MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading fashion and apparel business on the search for a Merchandising Admin Assistant based in London.
This role supports the Wholesale Merchandising team and sits at the centre of the product lifecycle, keeping range plans, product data and launch timings accurate and on schedule. It suits someone early in their merchandising career who is organised, numerate and keen to build commercial understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain range plans for the wholesale product range
- Manage and monitor the critical path, keeping product information accurate and communicated to relevant teams
- Create products and complete product information sheets for internal and external use
- Work with the Design team to secure images and upload items to the relevant channels on time for launch
- Produce market and competitor reports, and prepare sales, product and trend packs for key meetings, feeding into seasonal planning against commercial targets

What We're Looking For

- Experience in merchandising, or a clear interest in fashion and/or retail
- Working knowledge of Excel, including SUM and VLOOKUP
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator who builds effective relationships with Design and other cross-functional teams
- Exposure to ERP, PLM or wholesale ordering platforms (desirable)
