We are recruiting for a premium fashion brand in Leeds looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Merchandising Administrator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in fashion merchandising, working closely with the wider Merchandising, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to support product performance and drive sales.
The Role
You will provide essential day-to-day support to the Merchandising team, helping to maintain accurate product and stock information while supporting reporting, analysis and stock management.

- Set up and maintain accurate product information, including pricing, descriptions, sizing and categories.
- Support weekly sales and stock reporting, highlighting key trends and performance.
- Assist with intake planning, forecasting, allocations and replenishment.
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential availability issues or risks.
- Support stock takes and coordinate stock movements with stores and warehouse teams.
- Liaise with Merchandising and Logistics to support timely deliveries and product launches.
- Prepare reports, documents and analysis for trade meetings.
- Maintain accurate trackers and records while identifying opportunities to improve processes.
About You
- Previous experience within retail or office administration; merchandising experience would be an advantage but isn't essential.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and numbers.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- A genuine interest in fashion and retail with good commercial awareness.
