Role Description
The Merchandising Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. This role supports the merchandising team through efficient product data management, including updating SKUs, pricing, and product descriptions across internal systems and sales channels. - Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Preparing merchandising reports
- Monitoring sales performance
- Assisting with range planning and product launches
The Merchandising Administrator collaborates closely with Buying, Marketing, Ecommerce, and customer service to ensure product availability, timely replenishment, and consistent presentation online and in-store. The role also involves administrative support such as scheduling, documentation, and liaising with suppliers to help keep merchandising processes organised and on track.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret sales data, track product performance, and support merchandising decisions.
- Administrative assistance skills, including data entry, documentation, and organising merchandising workflows.
- Sales awareness and a commercial mindset to understand product positioning, customer demand, and revenue opportunities.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and merchandising or inventory management tools (e.g., Excel, ERP or e-commerce platforms) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are important.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce merchandising is an advantage.
- A relevant qualification or experience in business, merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Location and Pay
This role is entry level and is based on-site at our Manchester office. Salary will be £25k per annum for 37.5 hours per week.
