Merchandising and Supply Chain Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Merchandising & Supply Chain Manager to drive continuous improvement, use data-led insights to identify opportunities, manage risk and support strategic business decisions leading a supply chain team.

Reporting into the Operations Director, the role will lead forecasting, replenishment, merchandising, supply chain operations, and order fulfilment, working closely with Buying, Sales, Logistics, Suppliers, and other key stakeholders to deliver excellent product availability, customer service, and commercial performance to key High Street Retailers.

Key Requirements & Experience

  • Experienced in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, or Purchasing.
  • Proven experience managing inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment planning.
  • Strong leadership experience with responsibility for managing, motivating, and developing teams.
  • Advanced analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actions.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of stock management principles.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
