Are you ready to take the next step in your merchandising career?
We're looking for a Senior Merchandising Assistant to join our growing team and play a key role in driving stock performance across retail, ecommerce and wholesale channels. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Merchandising Admin Assistant or Assistant Merchandiser looking to further develop their commercial and analytical skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of sales, stock and margin targets through detailed analysis and reporting.
- Monitoring product and category performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and making data-led recommendations.
- Managing stock flow, intake tracking, allocations and replenishment across multiple channels.
- Assisting with forecasting, WSSI management and trade planning activities.
- Maintaining accurate product, stock and order data across merchandising systems including NetSuite, Shopify and Power BI.
- Producing insightful reports and supporting weekly trade reviews.
- Collaborating with Buying, Ecommerce, Retail, Wholesale and Operations teams to optimise stock performance.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in a Merchandising Admin Assistant, Senior MAA or similar merchandising role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with confidence working with large data sets.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using merchandising systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for retail and merchandising.
