Job Role

The Merchandising team at Drake’s works hard to ensure we have the right products, at the right time, in the right place. They work closely with the Production, Design, Operations, and Retail teams to plan and build the range and take control of stock levels to maximise profit for the company.

As a Merchandising Assistant, you will support the Merchandising team to ensure the smooth running of the Drake’s product lifecycle – from data upload to product landing in stores and online. This is an entry-mid level position so is ideal for someone wanting to start a career in fashion merchandising or for someone who has already gained around a year of experience and is looking to move into a high growth exciting brand. Building an understanding of the Drake’s customer is important for the role so an interest in Menswear fashion and tailoring would be beneficial.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
