About the Role
As Merchandising Coordinator, you'll be the operational hub for all things merch at Cloud Imperium Games, with a particular focus on the Squadron 42 launch. You'll manage relationships with our merchandise vendors end-to-end -- from product development and sampling through to fulfilment and delivery -- ensuring our community gets high-quality products that reflect the CIG brand.

What you'll do
- Manage relationships with merchandise vendors across all product categories, acting as the primary point of contact for briefs, sampling, approvals, and delivery
- Coordinate product development timelines to ensure launch-aligned delivery across all merchandise lines
- Review samples and liaise with internal stakeholders on approvals, quality, and brand compliance
- Track purchase orders, shipments, and inventory levels, flagging risks to timelines or supply early
- Support the planning and execution of merchandise launches tied to Squadron 42 campaign milestones
- Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, pricing, and product specifications
- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and community teams to align product launches with wider campaign activity

What we're looking for
- Experience in a merchandising, product coordination, or vendor management role -- ideally within games, entertainment, or consumer products
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and quality
- Comfortable managing multiple vendors and product lines simultaneously
- Experience tracking orders and managing timelines across supply chains
- A collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and ops teams
- An understanding of what fans expect from licensed merchandise
