Merchandising Executive
12 months Fixed Term Contract
As our Merchandising Executive, you’ll join the team responsible for managing the sales content on one or multiple of easyJet or easyJet holidays' websites. This includes the content and layout of the homepage, managing landing pages, setting up promotional campaigns, and delivering personalised content.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage the sales content and merchandising for the French speaking websites (France and Swiss French), including the homepage and other landing pages.
- Create content to help sell our holidays, including the full content for the homepage plus other landing pages.
- Manage translations for the relevant websites, either directly if a language speaker or by working with language speakers to deliver translations.
- Review data on weekly basis and put together a merchandising plan, based on customer engagement and commercial priorities.
- Conduct deep dive analysis of the website to identify areas where further optimisation will help to improve our KPIs.
- Deliver promotional campaigns across our websites, including promo codes, and other tactical campaigns.
- Build landing pages on any of our websites to support the team’s goals or stakeholder requirements.
- Become a merchandising expert with an in-depth knowledge of our content management system.
- Use reporting tools to evaluate the performance of the site and identify opportunities to improve for the future.
- Help to ensure that the merchandising team is consistently delivering high-quality content and messaging, that is on brand and error free.

What you'll bring to the team:
- French speaking (desired)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and good at planning
- Analytical skills with some experience of reporting
- Strong communication skills
- Working autonomously and prioritising your own workload
- Working collaboratively in a small team
- Understanding of websites and digital merchandising/trading
- Experience working with an enterprise level CMS (desired)
- Experience with Sitecore, Sitecore personalize, Google analytics, Looker, Confluence and Contentsquare (all desired)

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
