We're looking for a Merchandising Team Leader in the KT16 area.
At eXPD8, you'll work with brands stocked in every major UK retailer, ensuring they're presented exactly as intended. As a Merchandising Team Leader, you'll bring those standards to life on the ground in your District.

About The Role:
- You'll play a key role by supervising a field-based team of 40 part-time merchandisers by scheduling and monitoring day-to-day activity across your district, recruiting, onboarding and coaching your team to ensure work is delivered on time and to client standards.
- Alongside supervision, you'll remain hands-on in store, delivering merchandising activity in line with briefs and planograms and checking that products, displays, and POS materials are set up correctly and presented to a high standard.

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week (18 hours team supervision, 12+ hours client merchandising)
- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work required.
- Start times between 8:00am - 8:30am with some days starting at 6:00am dependent on district coverage in Primark stores.
Rate: £14.25 per hour for team supervisory tasks and £12.85 per hour for merchandising tasks

What Makes You Excellent:
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
- Previous retail or merchandising experience
- Confident using mobile and desktop systems for scheduling, reporting, and communication
- Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to motivate and coach remote field-based colleagues
- Clear and confident communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
