eXPD8 are excited to be recruiting for a District Team Leader based in the New Malden. You will look after area the South West London and North East Surrey borders.
Weekly hours: Minimum 30 hours per week.
Availability: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required to meet business coverage needs.
Team supervision: £14.25 per hour, approximately 18 hours per week.
Client merchandising: £12.85 per hour, approximately 12+ hours per week.
The District Team Leader is responsible for delivering operational plans across a defined district. This role leads day-to-day execution, supports Display Representatives, and ensures client activity is completed safely, consistently and to the required standard.
The role provides visible leadership, coaching and support to field-based colleagues, while helping the Regional Field Manager maintain strong performance, clear communication and reliable delivery
What You Will Do
- Lead day-to-day district activity so client work is completed safely, on time and to the right standard.
- Plan schedules and allocate field resource using Wixxy and other tools.
- Support, coach and communicate with Display Representatives so they are confident and effective in role.
- Help with recruitment, including interviews, induction, training and onboarding, identifying any gaps or support needed.
- Monitor delivery, resolve issues early and escalate risks where needed.
- Build strong working relationships with Client Services, central teams and the Regional Field Manager.
- Keep plans, records and administration accurate and up to date.
- Support new initiatives and suggest practical improvements to ways of working.

What You Will Need
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate and coach field-based colleagues.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
- Retail, merchandising or customer service experience.
- Confident using mobile and desktop systems for scheduling, reporting and communication.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
