About Us
Stellanor is the fastest growing, private equity-backed data center business, headquartered in London and led by industry experts with proven track records. With significant investment and a strong delivery pipeline across the UK, Ireland and Nordics, we are building a world-class team to execute at scale and deliver the next generation of digital infrastructure.
Role Purpose
As a private equity-backed data centre platform pursuing a buy-and-build strategy, Stellanor depends on a well-resourced M&A function to source and execute the acquisitions driving its expansion across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics. This role builds out that capability, giving the Head of M&A dedicated analytical and execution support across the deal lifecycle to deliver against an ambitious pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models, including valuation, returns and scenario analysis, to support investment decisions.
- Support the full deal lifecycle from origination through to completion, including pipeline tracking, target screening and maintenance of the acquisition database.
- Assist in market and target research to identify and assess potential acquisitions in line with the buy-and-build strategy.
- Help in coordinating due diligence workstreams across commercial, financial, technical, legal and tax advisers, tracking findings and escalating key issues.
- Prepare investment papers, board materials and committee presentations to a high standard.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across development, operations, finance and commercial teams to inform deal assessment and integration planning.
- Support post-deal integration and the transition of acquired assets and platforms into the business.
- Maintain accurate deal records, trackers and reporting for internal and investor purposes.
Key Accountabilities / Deliverables
- Accurate, decision-ready financial models and valuations that withstand scrutiny from the Head of M&A, investment committee and investors. Outputs delivered with minimal rework and no material errors.
- Deals progressed through the funnel and supported to completion within agreed timelines and budget for advisory spend.
- Well-organised due diligence processes delivered to deadline, with risks and key findings clearly documented and escalated.
- A maintained and up-to-date acquisition pipeline and deal tracker, giving leadership accurate visibility of activity and progress.
- Timely, reliable deal reporting for internal stakeholders and investors.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
