The Role
The successful candidate will join an established M&A team, supporting the execution of transactions from initial preparation and financial analysis through to due diligence and completion.
The role offers broad sector exposure, with the team particularly active across healthcare, healthcare services and other growing areas of the market.

About the Role
- Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Build financial models and valuation analysis
- Undertake DCF, comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
- Prepare information memoranda, pitch books and client presentations
- Conduct company, sector and market research
- Coordinate due diligence and transaction workstreams
- Work directly with management teams, clients, investors and advisers
- Support senior team members throughout transaction execution
- Prepare materials for management presentations and buyer meetings
- Support pitches and wider business development activity
- Take increasing ownership of transactions as experience develops

Your Experience
- Previous M&A, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance experience
- Hands-on exposure to live M&A transactions
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Experience preparing transaction and client materials
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capability
- Excellent analytical and commercial skills
- Confident working with senior colleagues and clients
- Healthcare or related sector experience
