The Role
The successful candidate will take a senior position within the M&A team, leading transactions while developing relationships with clients, investors and the wider advisory community. The role offers significant autonomy across deal execution and business development, with exposure to transactions across a range of sectors, including an active healthcare and healthcare services client base.

About the Role
- Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from origination through to completion
- Manage senior relationships with shareholders, management teams and investors
- Oversee financial modelling, valuation and transaction analysis
- Lead preparation of information memoranda, presentations and transaction materials
- Manage due diligence processes and external advisers
- Support deal structuring and negotiations
- Lead pitches and new business opportunities
- Develop relationships with private equity, corporate and adviser networks
- Manage and develop Associates and Analysts
- Work closely with senior leadership on the continued growth of the M&A practice

Your Experience
- Strong Corporate Finance / M&A or Investment Banking experience
- Proven track record executing completed M&A transactions
- Experience leading transactions and managing senior client relationships
- Strong financial modelling and valuation knowledge
- Excellent commercial and transaction judgement
- Experience managing and developing junior deal professionals
- Demonstrable business development and client relationship experience
- Healthcare, healthcare services or adjacent sector exposure advantageous
