Hiring IT Business Systems Analyst – CMES (2 to 3 Years Experience)
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Location: Darlington, UK
Schedule: 5 Days week compulsory
We are looking for an experienced MES/CMES Consultant/SME with strong expertise in Dassault Apriso MES and discrete/assembly manufacturing. The role will lead MES projects, enhancements, upgrades, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives while working closely with manufacturing and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Apriso/CMES projects, upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Act as the Manufacturing MES SME for assembly operations.
- Analyze business requirements and deliver solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Optimize MES processes, screens, and complex SQL queries.
- Support critical production issues and perform root-cause analysis when required.
- Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and plant stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Dassault Apriso / MES / CMES.
- Expertise in Process Builder, Global Process Manager, FlexNet, Machine Integrator, Apriso Portal.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Java/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Apriso upgrades, deployment, testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience with MES-ERP integration and web services.
- Knowledge of discrete/assembly manufacturing.
- Experience with Ignition or Opcenter MES is an advantage.
- Strong SDLC and Agile experience.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
