Project Manager - Sheffield Social Enterprise
Our Sheffield social enterprise is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a two-year, work-based training and discipleship programme for up to three Team Members at a time. Based at Mess Café Woodseats, the role supports individuals referred through Eden Teams, and potentially ex-offenders and those at risk of offending, helping them grow in skills, confidence, and faith as they prepare for employment and positive life change.

- Lead the delivery of a two-year training and discipleship programme.
- Manage the day-to-day running of Mess Café Woodseats.
- Work in partnership with the Assistant Manager to ensure excellent customer service, a welcoming environment, and high standards of coffee quality.
- Model and encourage the values of The Message Trust, creating a culture of care, accountability, and discipleship for staff and Team Members.
Role Details
- The role is split between café management (three days per week) and delivery of the training and discipleship programme (two days per week).
- Role is 35 hours a week (full time), start date will be 12th October 2026.
