Meta Ads & Growth Intern - LYNA
Help build the next big FemTech company. 🚀
LYNA is building an AI-powered women’s health platform connecting nutrition, hormones, symptoms, and health.
We’re looking for a Meta Ads & Growth Intern to join us for a 3-month unpaid internship and help us scale our early growth.
What you’ll do
- Set up, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Test different creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics
- Analyse data and identify opportunities to improve CAC, CTR, conversion, and ROAS
- Research competitors and emerging advertising trends
- Work directly with the founders on growth experiments
- Help develop creative concepts and ad copy

Who you are
- Interested in Meta Ads, performance marketing, startups, or FemTech
- Analytical and comfortable working with data
- Creative and curious about what makes people click
- Proactive and willing to learn by doing
- Previous Meta Ads experience is a plus, but not essential
