Role Description
The Meta Ads Intern will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with ad account management, audience research, and campaign setup, as well as monitoring performance, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve results. The intern will help create and test ad creatives and messaging aligned with LYNA’s brand and marketing objectives, collaborating closely with the marketing and content teams. This is a full-time remote role, offering hands-on experience in digital advertising within a mission-driven health technology company.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and basic analytics.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as funnels, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in women’s health, wellness, and technology; prior coursework or experience in marketing, business, or related fields is beneficial.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications) is preferred but not required.
