The Coaching Masters is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager to join our growing advertising team.

You’ll work within our agency managing a portfolio of life coaching clients, with one clear objective: Generate qualified discovery calls at the lowest sustainable cost using Meta advertising. This is not a role where you simply launch campaigns and send reports. We’re looking for someone who understands performance marketing, psychology, creative strategy and conversion, and can take ownership of results.

The Role

Our tech team will build each client’s funnel and handle the technical implementation. Your responsibility is to generate the traffic and optimise the advertising system that feeds it. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing Meta advertising campaigns across a portfolio of life coaching clients
  • Launching and optimising video, engagement, lead generation and retargeting campaigns
  • Developing campaign strategies designed specifically to generate qualified discovery calls
  • Writing and improving hooks, angles, headlines and ad copy
  • Identifying which messaging resonates with each coach’s ideal customer
  • Briefing clients on video ads and creative content they need to produce
  • Testing audiences, creatives, messaging and campaign structures
  • Monitoring CPL, cost per booked call, conversion rates and overall campaign performance
  • Retargeting engaged audiences and leads to increase booked calls
  • Identifying problems within campaigns and proactively improving performance
  • Working closely with our funnel and tech team to improve conversion across the entire customer journey
  • Communicating directly with clients about their campaigns, performance and next steps

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
