Job Opportunity: Meta Ads Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Meta Ads Specialist based in United Kingdom.
This is an opportunity for an experienced paid media professional to take ownership of high-impact Meta advertising campaigns.
You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing campaigns with a strong focus on performance and lead generation.
The role involves managing substantial monthly ad budgets while using data to guide strategic decisions and improve results.
You’ll collaborate closely with creative teams to test assets, audiences, and campaign approaches through structured experimentation.
Your analysis and recommendations will directly contribute to campaign efficiency, audience growth, and marketing performance.
The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, offering significant autonomy and responsibility across paid acquisition initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, commercially minded, and highly comfortable working with performance data.
Accountabilities
- Design, launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.
- Conduct audience and keyword research in collaboration with the wider team to inform campaign strategies and targeting decisions.
- Monitor campaign budgets, spend allocation, and performance across paid advertising initiatives.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, performance gaps, and actionable insights.
- Prepare clear and concise campaign performance reports when required.
- Work closely with the design team to identify, test, and optimize creative assets through A/B testing.
- Support additional marketing, paid acquisition, and lead-generation initiatives as needed.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta.
- Proven experience managing significant advertising budgets of approximately $10K–$50K+ per month, preferably for e-commerce or CPG brands.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, campaign optimization, audience targeting, segmentation, and performance marketing principles.
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for campaign reporting and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into practical actions.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage budgets, priorities, and multiple campaigns effectively.
- Strong C-level written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time on a schedule aligned with EST hours.
- Meta Ads and/or Google Ads certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for day-to-day communication is advantageous.
