Meta Ads Specialist
Location: Cwmbran, South Wales (Office Based)
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
Full Time | Monday–Friday

We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist who lives and breathes Facebook & Instagram advertising. You'll take ownership of client accounts, build winning strategies, analyse data, test relentlessly and help businesses achieve exceptional growth.

What You'll Be Doing
- Build, launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns from strategy through to execution.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target KPIs.
- Monitor daily account performance and make proactive optimisations.
- Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create testing roadmaps across audiences, creatives, offers and landing pages.
- Work closely with our Creative, Strategy and Client Success teams.
- Deliver monthly performance reports and present recommendations to clients.
- Stay ahead of Meta platform updates and industry trends.
- Manage multiple client accounts across a range of industries.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
- Proven experience managing five or more client accounts.
- Strong understanding of:
- Campaign structure
- Pixel & Conversion API
- Audience strategy
- Retargeting
- Lookalike audiences
- Attribution
- Scaling strategies
- Confident analysing performance data and making commercial decisions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics 4 and Klaviyo is advantageous.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Google Ads experience.
- Experience with prize competition, eCommerce or lead generation brands.
- Strong CRO knowledge.
- Experience interpreting GA4 data.
- Experience briefing creative teams using performance insights.
