Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Meta Ads Specialist role focused on driving growth and awareness for OOH HOO through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. The Meta Ads Specialist will plan, build, and manage campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and optimization for performance. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and monitoring ad sets, analyzing key metrics, preparing performance reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. The role also involves collaborating with the team on messaging, landing pages, and content that reflect the brand’s mission of supporting women’s wellbeing. The specialist will stay current on Meta ad policies, best practices, and platform updates to ensure compliant and effective campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign creation, audience targeting, and optimization for conversions and ROAS.
- Proficiency in performance analysis, using data and analytics tools to interpret results, create reports, and inform strategic decisions.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid social, funnels, remarketing, and basic tracking concepts (pixels, events).
- Ability to collaborate on ad creative and copy, ensuring messaging aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with wellness-focused audiences.
- Experience working in DTC, e-commerce, or health and wellness brands is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a remote, part-time environment with strong organization, communication, and self-management skills.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience running structured experiments across audiences, creatives, and placements.
- Familiarity with Meta policies and guidelines and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory advertising practices.
- Relevant education in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
