Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on performance, audience targeting, and lead generation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing significant monthly ad spend, analyzing campaign data, and working closely with creative teams to test and improve campaign performance.

Core Tasks

  • Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns in Meta
  • Work with team for keyword and audience research to guide campaign strategies
  • Monitor budget allocation and performance of all paid ad campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights
  • Provide basic reporting on campaign performance as needed
  • Collaborate with design team for assets to leverage and A/B test in campaigns
  • Perform other marketing and lead-gen related tasks as needed

Must-Have

  • 3-5+ years managing paid ads campaigns on meta
  • Experience managing spend of $10k - 50k+ per month (preferably ecommerce / CPG brands)
  • Intermediate experience in Google Sheets / Excel for basic campaign reporting
  • Familiarity with ad targeting and segmentation techniques
  • Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time EST
