Performance Creative & Social Media Manager
£35,000 per annum
Full-time | Permanent | On-site | Bridgwater, Somerset

About Outrage London
Outrage London is a growing men’s jewellery and fashion brand based in Bridgwater, Somerset, serving customers across the UK and internationally.
We are looking for a highly creative, commercially minded individual who genuinely understands fashion, social media and performance creative.
This is not simply a social media scheduling role. We are looking for someone who can develop ideas, create engaging content, understand what performs on Meta, organise photography and video shoots, and continually improve our creative output based on results.
You should understand the difference between content that simply looks good and content that makes people stop scrolling, engage, click and ultimately purchase.
The Role
As our Performance Creative & Social Media Manager, you will take ownership of much of the creative content produced across our paid and organic social channels.
You will work closely with the wider Outrage London team to turn product launches, campaigns and brand ideas into high-quality content that feels premium, current and commercially effective.
A strong background in fashion, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle or another visually led consumer brand is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new creative concepts for Meta advertising across Facebook and Instagram.
- Study what’s working in the market and how we can bring more CTR and CVR to our store.
- Explore how we can expand advertising spend into other countries.
- Plan and produce static ads, carousels, Stories, Reels and short-form video content.
- Create strong hooks, headlines, scripts and persuasive advertising copy.
- Build a consistent pipeline of new creative concepts for testing.
- Review Meta advertising performance to understand which creatives, hooks and messaging angles are performing best.
- Use performance data to develop improved versions and new creative ideas.
- Manage and develop Outrage London’s organic social media content.
- Plan social content around new product launches, promotions, campaigns and seasonal events.
- Stay up to date with fashion, jewellery, social media and cultural trends.
- Identify new content formats and trends before they become overused.
- Organise photography and video shoots.
- Create mood boards, shot lists and creative direction for shoots.
- Coordinate photographers, models, creators and locations where required.
- Ensure all content remains consistent with Outrage London’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Work closely with marketing, design and other members of the team.
- Schedule and publish content across relevant social platforms.
- Monitor social engagement and content performance.
- Research competitor advertising and identify opportunities for Outrage London to stand out.
- Continuously test and improve creative rather than relying on the same advertising formats.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
