Full-time Contractor | Remote | UK Working Hours | London Office Available

We’re looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer to take ownership of paid social performance across two brands within a growing in-house marketing team.

This is a client-side role, reporting directly to the Head of Paid Media and working closely with our in-house marketing teams.

We’re looking for someone who is strategic, data-driven and creatively minded. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing Meta strategy, managing and scaling campaigns, maintaining a strong creative testing pipeline, and providing clear, evidence-led reporting on performance and next steps.

Meta is a continually evolving platform, and we’re looking for someone who understands its growing demands, stays ahead of developments and is willing to continually test and adapt their approach rather than relying solely on what has worked previously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, management, optimisation and scaling of Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Develop and maintain a structured creative testing pipeline, including new hooks, angles, concepts and formats.
  • Use performance data to identify account opportunities.
  • Work closely with our in-house team, providing clear briefs and strategic direction for static and video advertising.
  • Analyse and report on performance using clear metrics, insights and recommended actions.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Attribution & Tracking to understand performance beyond platform-reported data and identify opportunities for optimisation and scale.
  • Manage budgets responsibly, working within agreed parameters while proactively highlighting opportunities for increased investment where performance supports it.
  • Maintain a broader understanding of the customer journey and how Meta performance contributes to overall marketing and commercial objectives.
  • Stay informed of Meta platform developments, advertising policies, AI and automation capabilities, and evolving best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
