Compensation: £28,000 - £33,000 / year
Description
At Vintage.com, we’re building the most trusted platform for pre-loved items. We help people give valuable things a new life, making the experience simple, transparent and rewarding.
We bring together specialist knowledge, thoughtful technology and genuine care for our customers. By helping more items stay in circulation, we create value for people and make a positive impact at the same time.
Our Growth Team helps more people discover Vintage.com and turn that discovery into customers. We bring together performance marketing, creative, data and experimentation to understand what works, reach the right audiences and grow our customer base across the UK and international markets.
Paid Social plays an important part in that growth. The team combines data, creative thinking and continuous testing to run campaigns that reach new audiences, generate high-quality leads and help us understand how we can grow efficiently.
As a Paid Social Executive, you’ll help build, run and improve the Paid Social campaigns that introduce more customers to Vintage.com.
Meta will be your main focus. You’ll already have practical experience working directly in Meta Ads Manager and will use that experience to build campaigns, monitor performance, make optimisations and support ongoing creative testing across multiple markets.
This isn’t an organic social or generalist digital marketing role. You’ll spend a significant amount of your time working directly with Paid Social campaigns, particularly across Facebook and Instagram.
You don’t need to have encountered every Paid Social challenge already. We’re open to someone who is still developing their experience, provided you have strong Meta foundations, understand the fundamentals of campaign performance and are comfortable getting hands-on.
Alongside Meta, you’ll have the opportunity to build experience across channels such as TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit and Pinterest as we continue developing and expanding our Paid Social mix.
What You’ll Do
- Build, launch and monitor Paid Social campaigns directly within Meta Ads Manager.
- Set up campaign objectives, audiences, placements, budgets, creative and tracking accurately.
- Carry out pre-launch checks across creative, messaging, localisation, URLs and tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and identify changes, trends and potential issues.
- Make data-informed adjustments to improve performance, efficiency and lead quality.
- Support campaign scaling decisions alongside more senior members of the Performance Marketing team.
- Maintain strong standards of campaign organisation and account hygiene.
- Support Paid Social activity across additional platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest.
- Work closely with Creative teams to make sure campaigns have the assets needed to perform.
- Test different creative formats, hooks, messaging, offers and audiences.
- Use campaign performance to identify creative winners and areas for improvement.
- Provide practical performance feedback to Creative colleagues.
- Keep testing plans and learnings organised so we know what we’ve tried, what worked and what should come next.
- Use approved AI tools where appropriate to support ideation, copy development, analysis and efficient ways of working.
- Check Meta pixels, events and conversion tracking to ensure campaign activity is being measured accurately.
- Recognise common tracking or reporting issues and work with Data colleagues and senior team members to resolve them.
- Support daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting.
- Understand and use metrics including cost per lead, conversion rate, lead quality and acquisition efficiency.
- Turn campaign results into clear observations and recommended actions.
- Coordinate creative production, translations, localisation and campaign approvals.
- Work closely with Creative, CRM, Data and wider Growth colleagues.
- Keep campaign plans, assets, testing activity and priorities organised and up to date.
- Communicate performance changes, issues and learnings clearly.
- Take ownership of your areas of responsibility and follow issues through to resolution.
- Keep developing your knowledge of Meta, Paid Social platforms, creative trends and customer behaviour.
- Ask questions and use campaign data to build your judgement and decision-making.
- Look for ways to improve campaign setup, testing and reporting.
- Share learnings from campaigns and experiments across the team.
- Respond positively to changing priorities, platform updates and performance trends.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
