About The Role
A Metal Polisher is required at a Redditch manufacturer, operating within a modern production facility. This full-time position offers a condensed working pattern of Monday to Thursday, 06:00 to 16:00, with alternative shifts available at higher rates including shift allowance. Pay ranges from £14.00 to £15.00 per hour.
Duties include:
- Removing surface defects from machined components
- Operating a pedestal grinder and polisher
- Achieving high-standard finishes
